We offer returns and exchanges for unused (sealed) and undamaged products within 14 days of the purchase date.

Shipping Fees:

  • Exchanges: 75 L.E

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days and will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Important Information:

  • You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges for your return, except in cases where you received damaged merchandise. In such cases, the shipping and handling charges will be covered by Hayah Laboratories.
  • Returns will be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the return.
  • If you return an item from an order that qualifies for a promotion, discount, or free shipping, only the paid value will be refunded, excluding the shipping fees.
