after purchasing my order i received no further communication or notification of shipping. it took 8 days for my order to arrive and when it did the bottles were dirty and the packaging was peeling and damaged.

my trust has definitely been damaged and i'll only be purchasing in-store from now on.

i'm not 100% sure the product is authentic, unfortunately it has a different smell and texture than i'm used to (i've purchased this product in the 200ML size in-store10+ times.) i contacted them on instagram, tried to call, and emailed repeatedly to get order updates - absolutely zero response.

don't recommend buying online, go to your local pharmacy to pick up. it's a shame because up until now this was a top product of mine.
